Nothing screams freedom like rolling down the road with the wind and sun in your face and old glory waving in the breeze.

Land of the free and home of the brave for sure, only because of those who have given their lives so that we can be free.

So much is happening these days in the political climate you would think that the majority of Americans hate America.

I can tell you something for a fact, American pride is at one of it’s highest levels in a long time.

How do I know this? Certainly not by watching the news, but by observing the people.

By traveling the country you get to see exactly what is going on in the states, the finger on the pulse, and what I see is absolutely encouraging: American flags everywhere, proudly displayed on homes, cars, overpasses, I’ve never seen so many flags flying since 9/11.

You watch the news you would think just the opposite. I’m telling you what I see on the road, from the Midwest, to New England, to the south-lands.

We have the right to freedom of speech, to basically do what we wish according to the laws we have in place. We are extremely lucky to live where we do.

Just my 2 cents this morning and it in no way declares my solidarity to one side of the aisle or the other, only that I do indeed love my country.

Thank you for reading and stopping by.

Have a great day.
